  1. Where does your fruit & vegetables are sourced from?
    ANS: Fruits and Vegetables are primarily sourced from Local and interstate Growers. In some cases some products are imported from overseas growers as well. We Guarantee the Quality and Freshness of our produce.
  2. How are your fruit & vegetables packed when they are delivered?
    ANS: Fruits and vegetables are carefully hand packed in boxes. Loose items, however, like beans, are bagged. If you require items to be individually bagged, you may leave a note on the order and the delivery team will do their best to accommodate your request.
  3. What if I need something that you don't have on your website?
    ANS: If there are any products you'd like to purchase online, please email your requests to ormondfresh515@gmail.comand we will do our best to arrange the products for you.
  4. Are the product pictures are of the actual product?
    ANS: As the size and shapes of fruits and vegetable not always the same, all pictures shown here are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
  5. Do you deliver to my area?
    ANS: We are now doing home deliveries in limited suburbs at this stage. To check delivery in your area, please check by simply entering your postcode in the postcode section located on top of the home page.
  6. You don't deliver to my area yet, how will I know when you start delivering to my area?
    ANS: We are actively seeking to expand our service area but in the meantime, please email us at ormondfresh515@gmail.comand we will contact you once we start delivery in your area.
  7. When is the delivery time and cut off time place an order?
    ANS: We deliver 7 days a week (except public holidays) between 9am to 7pm and aim to deliver next business day. We require your order by mid-night the day before the delivery day.
  8. What happens in case no one is home to receive the delivery?
    ANS: As long as there is somewhere safe to leave your box you do not need to be home when we deliver. Usually a shady spot out of street view near the front door is fine. Please let us know in the comment section if there are any delivery instructions.
  9. Is there any delivery fee?
    ANS: Orders over $40 are delivered free of charge, orders under $40 will be charged $10 delivery fee.
  10. How do I pay?
    ANS: You can pay by using our online Secured Credit Card Payment Gateway facility via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
  11. What if my order is not right?
    ANS: Please contact us and let us know. Inevitably we will make mistakes, although hopefully not very often. We are more than happy to compensate you either by replacing the item(s) or refunding your money. Please contact our customer service team on
